Changes to Add Providers for Placement Requests

Two changes have been made to the Add Providers for Placement Request page used when manually adding or broadcasting a Provider Placement:

  • Use member’s ZIP code is now selected by default to help refine the search for eligible Providers.

  • When the list of eligible Providers for a Placement Request is more than 500 Providers, the ability to “Select and add all” Providers is no longer available. “Select and add all” Providers is only available for 500 or fewer Providers.

Update Payer with Provider Service Code Rate Changes

In Provider Setup (Admin, Provider Setup) an existing setting, Allow Provider to Update Billing Rates, can be selected to allow the Provider to edit Service Code rate information (rates, date ranges, and billing units).

Allow Provider to Update Billing Rates

Prior to this release, changes made by the Provider to Service Code rate information were not updated in the Payer Portal.

Starting in this release, when the Allow Provider to Update Billing Rates setting is used and a Provider changes Service Code rate information, those changes are reflected in the Payer Portal.

Export Caregiver Search Results

An Export button has been added at top right of the Search Caregivers and Search Restricted Caregivers search results.

Export Restricted Caregiver Search results

When the user clicks Export, the system downloads a .CSV file of the search results to the Downloads folder on the user’s workstation.
